Eli Lilly knows very well that Mercury will settle in a weak pancreas,
thus triggering diabetes. That's how they double dip, they put the
mercury in the Thimerasol in the Flu shots, then treat the symptoms with
their second best selling diabetes drugs! They are creating clients that will last a lifetime.
I agree with Elisabeth that there is very little money being put into the study of autoimmune diseases. The reason for this is that if Eli Lilly were to admit that they were being caused by Mercury Poisoning, they would be in very big trouble.
While middle class consumers opt for mercury-free filling
materials, people in developing nations, low-income families,
minorities, military personnel, prisoners, and people with disabilities
are still subjected to amalgam. Racial minorities are more likely to
receive amalgam; for example, dentists place almost 25% more mercury
fillings in American Indian patients than in white patients. In his
testimony before Congress, former Virginia state NAACP president Emmitt
Carlton described this injustice as "choice for the rich, mercury for
the poor."
Editorial Note: Phenylmercuric acetate is routinely added by some paint manufacturers to interior latex (water-based) paint as a fungicide and bactericide to prolong the paint's shelf-life. EPA permits interior latex paint to contain less than or equal to 300 ppm elemental mercury and exterior latex paint to contain less than or equal to 2000 ppm. However, neither the presence nor the concentration of mercury in the paint is required to be labeled on the paint can. Mercury may not lawfully be used in oil-based paint (1,2).
